With the goal of sharing their blessings, the owners of Capri wanted to reconfigure the home to share with all their friends and family members. We were able to focus all the living spaces towards the rear of the home overlooking the golf course, downsize the pool and add an expansive patio that can host 30+ people for a good old fashioned “cook-out”. The result was they could host over 60 people without the yard feeling overcrowded..
