Coming off the success of the Newport Rib Company renovation, the Stadium Brewing Company in Aliso Viejo, CA came calling. The scope included a total overhaul of the interior space. Our mission was to realign the space to re-focus on an indoor/outdoor concept, including moving the bar, enclosing a “back room” and adding more comfortable seating. The mood of the interior was updated to a warm industrial feel, with a focus on improving sales by utilizing the exterior spaces. Our solution was well received and the restaurant has been more successful in return.
