Creating an “Estate” can be both invigorating and challenging. Our mission was to create a custom home with the look and feel of a private resort. Our solution included a main home with 3 master suites, gourmet and butler’s kitchen, living room, indoor pool and waterfall, theater and a wine cellar. The guest house was home to four 250 square feet rooms, each with their own private bath, a gallery, gourmet kitchen, theater and 2,000 square feet of indoor-outdoor entertainment space. The Estate also included a tennis court, riding stables for four horses and an outdoor pool, complete with a diving rock, waterfalls, and grottos. While the original design was for a private homeowner, the home has since changed hands and is now used as a wedding and event center known as Santiago Estate + Vineyard.
